Starter Coaching is designed for endurance athletes who want smart, consistent training without being overwhelmed. Whether you're training for your first race or getting back into a routine, this plan gives you the support and structure to stay on track and make real progress.
All plans are built from scratch around your goals, availability, and fitness level, then updated weekly based on your feedback. You’ll also get regular check-ins and access to ask questions anytime.
What You’ll Get:
Personalized weekly training plan (delivered via TrainingPeaks)
Two 30-minute coaching calls per month (Zoom or phone)
Training zone guidance (HR, pace, RPE, etc.)
Email access for training questions between calls
Race prep support when applicable
